How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your GorGorr account directly from the app. This applies to both passenger and driver accounts.
Steps to delete your account:
- Open the GorGorr app on your phone
- Tap the Menu icon (top right)
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by tapping "Delete" in the dialog
- Confirm again in the final confirmation dialog
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
What Happens When You Delete
- Your account is immediately deactivated
- You will be logged out of the app
- Your personal data (name, phone, email, profile photo) will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Trip history and financial records may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance
- Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before deletion
Data That Gets Deleted
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Location history
- Push notification tokens
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Driver documents (license, ID photos)
Data That May Be Retained
- Financial transaction records (as required by law)
- Safety incident reports
- Anonymized analytics data
